OCILobRead ( svchp ; errhp ; locp ; offset ; bufp ) -> Function result 
Parameter Type   Description
svchp  Longint in Service context handle

errhp  Longint in Error handle

locp  Longint in LOB to be read
offset  Longint in Absolute offset from beginning of LOB value
bufp  BLOB in Buffer into which LOB will be read

Function result  Longint in Status
