Paramètre Type   Description
err  Entier long in Error handle
in
date  Date in Date to be converted
time  Heure in Time to be converted
fmt  Chaîne in Conversion format
lang_name  Chaîne in Language in which names of months and days are returned
buf  Date in Buffer where converted string is placed
Résultat  Entier long in Status
