RUNTIME_TIME ( timeString )

Description

Compatibility Note: This function is intended to be used when converting 4D View documents to 4D View Pro documents. It other contexts, it is useless.

The RUNTIME_TIME function returns timeString as a standard js datetime object, with the date part containing "30/12/1989". This function internally calls the 4D Time command.
